Family Health Matters is providing COVID-19 testing to new and existing, insured and uninsured patients at the discretion of the doctor. If you are interested in getting tested, complete the online COVID-19 Appointment Request Form.

Family Health Matters, a Federally Qualified Health Center, places the health and wellbeing of our patients, their families, our team members, and our community as our top priority.

We are committed to keeping everyone safe during this time and prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus, we are now offering telehealth visits*.  

If you have a scheduled appointment or would like to make an appointment during this time, give us a call.

Text Messaging Disclaimer: Clients will call in this number to initiate the campaign: During a phone conversation, we ask the caller if we can continue with more details written in SMS messages. We’ll remind them that they can opt-out of future messages at any time by replying STOP and we’ll honor that request.
