Donation Refund Policy

We are grateful for your donation and support of our organization. If you have made an error in making your donation or change your mind about contributing to our organization, please contact us. Refunds are returned using the original method of payment. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card.

Automated Recurring Donation Cancellation

Ongoing support is important to enabling projects to continue their work, so we encourage donors to continue to contribute to projects over time. But if you must cancel your recurring donation, please notify us.

Consent to SMS Policy

North Orange County Regional Health Foundation (Family Health Matters) respects your privacy and limits the sharing of your personal information. We do not share mobile contact information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
 

Terms & Conditions

Family Health Matters uses email, SMS, and other electronic methods to communicate with patients regarding healthcare services. Communication may include, but isn’t limited to:

●      Appointment reminders and confirmations

●      Scheduling and rescheduling communications

●      Patient engagement and care coordination

●      Administrative healthcare notifications

●      Responding to patient inquiries or requests for support

Your information will not be used for marketing or promotional messaging.  Messaging frequency may vary depending on your interactions with the practice and your healthcare needs.
